AmaWaterways Egypt Pre-Cruise Experience

We strongly encourage you to add the optional pre-cruise stay in Cairo before your AmaWaterways’ Egypt cruise. AmaWaterways is offering this to you at cost because they want to make sure you have a complete Egypt experience. Some of the most beguiling sites of Egypt are included in this pre-cruise experience and won’t be available to you if you opt to fly directly to Luxor for the cruise. Some of the key sites you will visit if you participate in the pre-cruise package include:

• The great pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx
• The Egyptian Museum, home to more than 120,000 artifacts including the treasures of Tutankhamen
• Alabaster Mosque (Mosque of Muhammad)
• Statue of Ramses II
• Pyramid of King Zoser – the oldest pyramid on earth

You cannot go home from a trip to Egypt without visiting these iconic sites! To ensure you get the most from these visits, our group will be escorted by an Egyptologist that is exclusively available to GTN Top Producers. Included in this pre-cruise extension are 4 nights at St. Regis Cairo (3 nights pre-cruise and 1 night post-cruise), tours each day, multiple meals, transfers, and roundtrip flights from Cairo to Luxor. Cost is $1,975 per person (versus the regular price of $3,300 per person).
