Phases 2, 3, & 4 | Annual Travel Sales in excess of $150,000

Once your brand has been established, the focus turns to solidifying your sales funnel through establishing list building, relationship building, and client services systems.  For most travel advisors this means diving deep into virtual strategies including Facebook ads, virtual events, and other digital strategies. As the advisor increases their booking volume, the focus turns to adding leverage to ensure business revenue growth outpaces business expense growth.  This is also the right time to fine-tune systems.
