Hannah's multifaceted role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including managing premises, maintaining insurance and business licensing, and ensuring compliance with essential travel industry credentials such as IATAN and CLIA. In addition to her oversight of logistical details, Hannah is instrumental in crafting and implementing processes and procedures designed to optimize operational efficiency and productivity. She meticulously reviews contracts, maintains systems, and upholds the policies and standards outlined in the employee handbook, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the organization. Hannah's proactive approach extends beyond the confines of GTN, as she actively collaborates with industry associations such as PATH and ASTA to stay abreast of legislative regulations and industry best practices. Her dedication to staying ahead of the curve ensures that GTN remains at the forefront of the travel industry, consistently exceeding expectations and setting new standards of excellence. Before joining GTN in May of 2019, Hannah honed her operational prowess across diverse industries, managing small to mid-size businesses, including a veterinary hospital, an optometry office, and a martial arts school. Her transformative leadership was particularly evident during her tenure at the veterinary hospital, where she spearheaded the transition to a paperless environment during the early stages of electronic medical records implementation.
