Jen Cochrane

Jen Cochrane, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Gifted Travel Network, has one of the most unique backgrounds of any executive of a modern travel agency. Jen was an executive with the Federal Reserve, where she was a start-up and turnaround specialist tasked with tackling some of the Fed’s most complex business challenges. In her current role as co-founder and CEO of Gifted Travel Network, Jen has steered the company through start-up and growth phases with a vision for creating a unique business in a mature industry. Her work has led to GTN being recognized throughout the industry for its innovative approach to supporting, educating, and grooming successful travel entrepreneurs. In addition to utilizing her business acumen to build GTN, Jen coaches GTN’s travel advisors as they make strategic decisions for the growth of their businesses. She is a highly sought-after speaker and consultant on business strategy both within GTN and the larger industry as a whole. Jen’s commitment to the travel industry extends beyond her work in her own business. She has served on the technology and global member advisory board for Virtuoso, the leading consortia in the luxury travel industry. She is a board member of the Professional Association of Travel Hosts (PATH). She is also an active member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), serving on numerous committees and volunteering each year for Legislative Day. She is a board member of the Travel ALLIES Society. Locally Jen is a member of the Leaders & Legends committee with the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce. Jen earned an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School and has an undergraduate degree from Vassar.
