Melissa Andujar

Melissa is the Commission & Reporting Specialist at Gifted Travel Network (GTN). In this role, she is responsible for providing comprehensive reporting and ensuring accurate commission payouts. Since joining GTN, Melissa has been instrumental in delivering various reports ranging from sales and revenue to membership statistics, catering to the needs of the GTN staff and advisors. Melissa is also spearheading the development of Preferred Partner Override reporting, enhancing transparency and efficiency in partner relationships. With an extensive background in the financial services industry, Melissa spent 21 years at Wells Fargo as a data analyst and four years at TIAA. Since joining the GTN team in 2022, Melissa has made notable contributions that extend beyond routine responsibilities. Her achievements include developing a robust database supporting the creation of monthly dashboards and implementing data validation measures for enhanced accuracy. She also played a pivotal role in assisting the executive team by building a pricing model used to determine new membership pricing. Additionally, her most recent accomplishment has been successfully leading the data migration from Clientbase to Sion.
