The month started out with every GTN staff member in person at our home office in Mooresville, NC! The purpose of these quarterly strategy meetings is to pull everyone away from their desks and what they are doing and spend three days planning. We like to say, “You have to work ON your business, not just IN your business.”

Six team members and 50 GTN advisors headed to Las Vegas for the 34th annual Virtuoso Travel Week! This event is one of the world’s most important luxury travel conferences. Over 2,000 hotels, resorts, tour operators, and more have representatives in-person networking and connecting with advisors.

Jen and Hannah were joined by Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Vanessa McGovern and Director of Membership Shannon Cunningham in San Francisco- this time for the ASTA Global Convention. They spent three days supporting our national trade association and networking with other travel professionals.

Inaugural Norwegian Prima sailing

Jen left the west coast and headed to Reykjavík, Iceland, for the inaugural sailing of the Norwegian Prima. Godmother Katy Perry christened the vessel in front of over 2,500 attendees.

Director of Marketing, Caroline Hollar headed to Los Cabos, Mexico, for The Future Leaders in Travel Retreat. This event is designed to connect the next generation (ages 22-37) of travel industry advisors and suppliers.
